Breakfast Banana split

Most people love a good Sundae topped with whipped cream, hot fudge, carmel and even a cherry on top. Well this is not your average sundae. This sundae is a satisfying healthy breakfast sundae. It may not cut your craving for a real sundae but is a perfect, healthy and delicious start to any day.  The best part about this sundae is you can put anything you want on it. If you don’t have any of the ingredients, or don’t like them you can add or subtract anything and make the recipe completely your own

ingredients:

  • 1 banana (I used half)
  • plain yogurt
  • blueberries
  • strawberries
  • unsweetened coconut
  • flax seeds
  • almonds
  • cinnamon
  • honey

Directions:

  • cut banana in half lengthwise
  • open and fill with yogurt
  • top with toppings of choice
  • enjoy!
